Pick any two. Price is the easy part — these put them side by side on what actually costs you money later: what month two costs, how many hours’ notice you need to cancel, and whether there is a minimum term.
Each page is built from the same verified rows as the main comparison table, so a head-to-head can never disagree with it. Where a provider has an F at the Better Business Bureau or will not publish a renewal price, the page says so on whichever side earns it.
Why two names is the right question
Cancellation notice. Not one of the providers we track publishes it in a FAQ — we read every one off a terms page. Three of them require 72 hours' notice before your renewal date. Miss that window by an hour and you are billed for another month, which can wipe out the price difference between two providers several times over.
The same goes for the other things a price cannot tell you: whether there is a minimum term you cannot leave, whether billing runs monthly or every 28 days — which is thirteen charges a year rather than twelve — and whether the advertised number survives into month two at all.
Those are the differences that decide what you actually pay, and they are the ones that never appear in an advertisement. That is the entire reason these pages exist.
Most of the providers on this site sell compounded medication, which FDA has never reviewed for safety, effectiveness or quality. The brand-name price fell a long way in 2026 — a Wegovy pill is now $149 a month direct from the manufacturer — and several compounded providers here charge more than that. Every head-to-head page ends with that comparison, because for a lot of these pairs it is the honest answer.
That spread moves. 3 of these providers are running promotional pricing right now, and two of them will not say when it ends. We check every week. Want us to tell you when yours changes?
