Both sell compounded semaglutide medication. Fridays Health is $20 a month cheaper. That is not the whole answer, and the rest of this page is the part the price does not tell you.
$20/mo less than MEDVi — $240 over a year. Read the differences below before you decide; cheaper is not automatically better here.

The row people skip is “cancel by”. Neither company puts it in a FAQ — we read both off their terms pages. Miss that window by an hour and you are billed for another month, which wipes out the price difference between these two several times over.
Refund refusal leads — about 20 of 37 recent one-star reviews — and it pairs with the complaint underneath it: charged, nothing shipped, still no refund. Product problems appear more often here than at peers: wrong strength sent, vials described as empty or diluted, medication arriving hot after three days in transit. Shipping delays run from ten days to forty-six.
What customers praise: Nurses and consultation staff — patient, friendly, thorough — and fast booking. Almost none of the praise touches fulfilment, pricing or outcomes, which is exactly where the complaints sit.
Three problems, each in roughly half the one-star reviews, and they usually appear together in the same review: medication that never arrived or ran ten days to three weeks late, support that answers only through a chatbot, and a charge that landed anyway. The mechanic underneath is a rigid cycle — cancellation is required at least 72 hours before the billing date — colliding with shipping that is itself late, so a customer is billed for a month whose medication never came. Miss the refill window and the monthly fee is forfeited.
What customers praise: Genuine and worth stating: 79% of 4,687 reviews are five-star, and the praise is for consultations, a smooth signup, and the flat all-inclusive fee. The failure is concentrated in fulfilment and billing, not in the clinical experience.
Both of these are compounded, which means FDA has never reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. The brand-name price has fallen a long way and is now within reach of both.
