The review record

What Fridays Health customers actually say

Both platforms, side by side, never averaged together. They measure different people, and where they disagree that gap is the most useful thing on this page.

What the complaints are about

Three problems, each in roughly half the one-star reviews, and they usually appear together in the same review: medication that never arrived or ran ten days to three weeks late, support that answers only through a chatbot, and a charge that landed anyway. The mechanic underneath is a rigid cycle — cancellation is required at least 72 hours before the billing date — colliding with shipping that is itself late, so a customer is billed for a month whose medication never came. Miss the refill window and the monthly fee is forfeited.

What customers praise

Genuine and worth stating: 79% of 4,687 reviews are five-star, and the praise is for consultations, a smooth signup, and the flat all-inclusive fee. The failure is concentrated in fulfilment and billing, not in the clinical experience.

What we would flag

The sharpest contrast in the set. Fridays answers 96% of negative Trustpilot reviews within 48 hours and holds an F at BBB for not answering 49 of 56 complaints — responsive on the platform that carries its public score, unresponsive on the one that does not.

Sample: 35 one-star Trustpilot reviews and 10 BBB complaints, read 2026-09-14. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.

Before you pay

Three things to check on Fridays Health’s own site

  • The ongoing price, not the first month. The advertised number is usually an introductory rate. Find what month two costs before you enter a card.
  • How cancellation actually works. Ask how many days’ notice is required and whether the membership and the medication cancel separately. That distinction is behind a large share of the complaints on this page.
  • What you are being prescribed. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. If the page does not say clearly which one you are getting, that is the answer.
