Both sell compounded semaglutide medication. Eden is $200 a month cheaper. That is not the whole answer, and the rest of this page is the part the price does not tell you.
$200/mo less than MEDVi — $2400 over a year. Read the differences below before you decide; cheaper is not automatically better here.
| MEDVi | Eden | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting price | $179/mo | $99/mo |
| Month two onward | $299/mo | $99/mo |
| Cancel by | 72h before renewal | 48h before renewal |
| Minimum term | None | None |
| Billed | monthly | monthly |
| Trustpilot | 4.3 (14,745) | 4.5 (4,715) |
| BBB | F, 128 complaints unanswered | F, 88 complaints unanswered |
The row people skip is “cancel by”. Neither company puts it in a FAQ — we read both off their terms pages. Miss that window by an hour and you are billed for another month, which wipes out the price difference between these two several times over.
Refund refusal leads — about 20 of 37 recent one-star reviews — and it pairs with the complaint underneath it: charged, nothing shipped, still no refund. Product problems appear more often here than at peers: wrong strength sent, vials described as empty or diluted, medication arriving hot after three days in transit. Shipping delays run from ten days to forty-six.
What customers praise: Nurses and consultation staff — patient, friendly, thorough — and fast booking. Almost none of the praise touches fulfilment, pricing or outcomes, which is exactly where the complaints sit.
Two problems, co-dominant, and they compound. Orders stuck in pharmacy processing — about 22 of 40, quoted as nine days, eleven days, three weeks, four weeks — and support that cannot be reached, about 20 of 40, describing chat that auto-disconnects and AI-only agents. The delays cause missed doses. Billing after cancellation is third. A platform migration in August 2026 lost accounts and prescriptions for some customers.
What customers praise: Almost all of it names individual support agents who fixed an account or subscription problem. That is worth reading carefully: much of Eden’s praise is about recovering from a failure rather than about the product.
Both of these are compounded, which means FDA has never reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. The brand-name price has fallen a long way and is now within reach of both.
| Medication | Cash price | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Wegovy (pill) | $149/mo | FDA-approved |
| Wegovy (pen) | $349/mo | $199 first two months |
| Zepbound (vials) | $299/mo | $299-449 depending on dose |
That spread moves. 3 of these providers are running promotional pricing right now, and two of them will not say when it ends. We check every week. Want us to tell you when yours changes?
Your email and nothing else. Not your weight, your dose, or which page you were reading. We deliberately do not store that. No trackers, never sold.
