The review record

What Eden customers actually say

Both platforms, side by side, never averaged together. They measure different people, and where they disagree that gap is the most useful thing on this page.

What the complaints are about

Two problems, co-dominant, and they compound. Orders stuck in pharmacy processing — about 22 of 40, quoted as nine days, eleven days, three weeks, four weeks — and support that cannot be reached, about 20 of 40, describing chat that auto-disconnects and AI-only agents. The delays cause missed doses. Billing after cancellation is third. A platform migration in August 2026 lost accounts and prescriptions for some customers.

What customers praise

Almost all of it names individual support agents who fixed an account or subscription problem. That is worth reading carefully: much of Eden’s praise is about recovering from a failure rather than about the product.

What we would flag

Eden’s F at BBB is for failing to respond to 88 complaints. Against that, none of the 25 recent five-star reviews we read were Trustpilot-invited — all unprompted. There is no sign of review gating here; the problem is on the other platform.

Sample: 40 one-star Trustpilot reviews and 23 BBB customer reviews, read 2026-09-14. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.

Before you pay

Three things to check on Eden’s own site

  • The ongoing price, not the first month. The advertised number is usually an introductory rate. Find what month two costs before you enter a card.
  • How cancellation actually works. Ask how many days’ notice is required and whether the membership and the medication cancel separately. That distinction is behind a large share of the complaints on this page.
  • What you are being prescribed. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. If the page does not say clearly which one you are getting, that is the answer.
