What the complaints are about

Billing after a confirmed cancellation is the largest group by some way — people who cancelled and kept being charged. Then charges larger than the plan selected: multi-month and annual amounts ($909, $1,268, $349) where a monthly option was chosen. Then refunds refused under a "once shipped, no credit" rule. Running through all of it is an AI chat wall, with identical boilerplate replies posted to every negative review.

What customers praise

Nurse practitioners described as attentive and thorough, fast shipping when it works, effective appetite suppression, and easy injections.

What we would flag

Check the price against their Terms before you pay. The site advertises $179; their Terms of Service set out $199 for the first month and $299 after, and reviewers describe being charged the Terms amounts. Their homepage also shows a 4.7 rating while the Trustpilot profile it links to reads 3.6. The Better Business Bureau has a Pattern of Complaints alert open covering charges taken before medical approval, and annual billing against a monthly selection — both worth knowing before you enter a card.

Sample: 20 one-star Trustpilot reviews read in full plus BBB’s complaint summary, 2026-09-15. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.

Before you pay

Three things to check on TrimRx’s own site

  • The ongoing price, not the first month. The advertised number is usually an introductory rate. Find what month two costs before you enter a card.
  • How cancellation actually works. Ask how many days’ notice is required and whether the membership and the medication cancel separately. That distinction is behind a large share of the complaints on this page.
  • What you are being prescribed. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. If the page does not say clearly which one you are getting, that is the answer.
