What Yucca Health customers actually say

Both platforms, side by side, never averaged together. They measure different people, and where they disagree that gap is the most useful thing on this page.

Better Business Bureau

NOT RATEDnot accredited

BBB will not rate Yucca: in business under six months, no sufficient track record. Four complaints and one review is too thin to carry any signal, and we are not treating it as one.

What the complaints are about

The prepay model drives most of it. About 40% of one-star reviews describe being charged the entire multi-month amount at once instead of monthly — expected $100 every two weeks, charged $1,200; expected $146, charged $275; $2,000-plus debited, overdrafts caused. Then: the medication not working, support reachable only through a bot, doses shipped wrong or never increased, and cancellations ignored. Several report paying for six months and receiving three.

What customers praise

Customer service leads, with staff named by first name over and over. Real results appear too, including one reviewer reporting 73 pounds. Note the direct contradiction inside the record: "no hidden costs" is among the top praise and the top complaint.

What we would flag

Yucca asked Trustpilot to remove a prominent one-star review as defamatory and Trustpilot declined. That is a company attempting a takedown, not a platform sanction, and we report it as what it is. Separately, roughly half the one-star reviews we read were Trustpilot-invited — the opposite of a gating pattern.

Sample: 40 one-star and 15 two-star Trustpilot reviews, read 2026-09-14. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.

Before you pay

Three things to check on Yucca Health’s own site

  • The ongoing price, not the first month. The advertised number is usually an introductory rate. Find what month two costs before you enter a card.
  • How cancellation actually works. Ask how many days’ notice is required and whether the membership and the medication cancel separately. That distinction is behind a large share of the complaints on this page.
  • What you are being prescribed. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. If the page does not say clearly which one you are getting, that is the answer.
