What Willow customers actually say

Both platforms, side by side, never averaged together. They measure different people, and where they disagree that gap is the most useful thing on this page.

Filed as Willow Health Services, Inc., Houston TX. Only 5 complaints, so the D rests on a thin file — but one of five went unanswered.

What the complaints are about

Roughly two-thirds of the one-star reviews say the product simply did not work — and they cluster almost entirely on the ORAL form rather than the injection, which is a distinction worth having before you choose a format. Then: billed and never shipped with refunds refused, which is three of the five BBB complaints. Then unreachable support, including one report of the concentration being changed without notice.

What customers praise

Doctor responsiveness, speed, and pricing that is genuinely simple — one number, medication included, same in month two. The product praise attaches almost entirely to the injectable.

What we would flag

Their advertised rating and their Trustpilot record do not match. Willow’s site shows “4.9/5 (2200+ 5 star reviews)”; the Trustpilot profile reads 3.9 from 354 reviews, 32% of them one-star — the highest one-star share of any provider we track. We could not locate the 2,200 reviews on any platform.

Sample: 23 one-star Trustpilot reviews, 5 BBB complaints and 2 BBB reviews, read 2026-09-14. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.

Before you pay

Three things to check on Willow’s own site

  • The ongoing price, not the first month. The advertised number is usually an introductory rate. Find what month two costs before you enter a card.
  • How cancellation actually works. Ask how many days’ notice is required and whether the membership and the medication cancel separately. That distinction is behind a large share of the complaints on this page.
  • What you are being prescribed. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. If the page does not say clearly which one you are getting, that is the answer.
