  • Semaglutide — $249/mo to start, $249/mo ongoing. Compounded. Not an FDA-approved product.

The review record

What TMates customers actually say

Both platforms, side by side, never averaged together. They measure different people, and where they disagree that gap is the most useful thing on this page.

Trustpilot

One review. We do not publish a score from a sample of one, and neither should anyone else — the figure Trustpilot displays on a single review is a platform artefact, not a customer average.

What the complaints are about

Money taken, then the service stalls. Roughly half the BBB complaints are prescription or approval delays and roughly half are refunds refused or never processed — usually the same case: charged $147 or $347 up front, then the appointment or prescription does not materialise, then the refund goes unanswered.

What customers praise

None we could verify on any first-party platform.

What we would flag

TMates has one Trustpilot review. Any site quoting it a rating from thousands of reviews is quoting something we could not find.

Sample: 10 BBB complaint texts, 2 BBB reviews and the single Trustpilot review, read 2026-09-14. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.

Before you pay

Three things to check on TMates’s own site

  • The ongoing price, not the first month. The advertised number is usually an introductory rate. Find what month two costs before you enter a card.
  • How cancellation actually works. Ask how many days’ notice is required and whether the membership and the medication cancel separately. That distinction is behind a large share of the complaints on this page.
  • What you are being prescribed. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. If the page does not say clearly which one you are getting, that is the answer.
