What Sprout Health customers actually say

Both platforms, side by side, never averaged together. They measure different people, and where they disagree that gap is the most useful thing on this page.

What the complaints are about

Support non-response is the dominant theme on Trustpilot — roughly two in three of the one-star reviews — and the BBB complaints say the same thing from the other side: no live support, voicemails and emails unanswered, and no working cancellation path in the account portal. Orders arriving incomplete recurs, including packages that contained ice and no medication, as do refunds promised and then stalled for months.

What customers praise

Too few reviews to characterise fairly, and we will not manufacture a positive line to balance the page.

What we would flag

Only 176 Trustpilot reviews, and Trustpilot notes no recent history of asking for them. We publish the score with that caveat rather than treat it as comparable to a 14,000-review profile. The BBB file is the sharper signal here: 64 complaints in twelve months, 32 of them never answered.

Sample: Trustpilot profile and recent one-star reviews, plus 9 BBB complaint texts, read 2026-09-14. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.

Before you pay

Three things to check on Sprout Health’s own site

  • The ongoing price, not the first month. The advertised number is usually an introductory rate. Find what month two costs before you enter a card.
  • How cancellation actually works. Ask how many days’ notice is required and whether the membership and the medication cancel separately. That distinction is behind a large share of the complaints on this page.
  • What you are being prescribed. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. If the page does not say clearly which one you are getting, that is the answer.
