What they charge

PeterMD pricing, as of September 15, 2026

  • Semaglutide — $270/mo to start, $270/mo ongoing. Compounded. Not an FDA-approved product.

The review record

What PeterMD customers actually say

Both platforms, side by side, never averaged together. They measure different people, and where they disagree that gap is the most useful thing on this page.

Trustpilot

Trustpilot has removed this company’s profile. The page reads: the business "goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot." We confirmed it on two regional Trustpilot mirrors.

Better Business Bureau

A+BBB accredited
  • Complaints, last 3 years21
  • BBB customer reviews10

BBB accreditation was taken out on 2026-08-10. We note the date because it sits weeks before the Trustpilot removal surfaced; we have no evidence the two are connected and are not claiming they are.

What the complaints are about

Large prepayments — $1,400 to $1,658 recur — followed by nothing arriving and nobody answering. Unlike most of this set, cancellation is barely mentioned; the complaint is non-delivery of money already taken. A smaller secondary profile at petermd.org sits at 2.8 across 14 reviews, which is too few to characterise.

What customers praise

None we could verify. Because the main Trustpilot record was deleted, there is no positive corpus to read. We would rather say that than fill the gap with quotes from affiliate sites.

What we would flag

Their Trustpilot profile no longer exists, so any rating you see quoted for them is unverifiable. Third-party sites still cite PeterMD review counts — 13,962, 13,700, 2,500-plus, 1,200-plus — all for that removed profile, and none of them agree with each other. We publish none of them.

Sample: 9 negative reviews on a secondary Trustpilot profile and 3 BBB complaints, read 2026-09-14. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.

Before you pay

Three things to check on PeterMD’s own site

  • The ongoing price, not the first month. The advertised number is usually an introductory rate. Find what month two costs before you enter a card.
  • How cancellation actually works. Ask how many days’ notice is required and whether the membership and the medication cancel separately. That distinction is behind a large share of the complaints on this page.
  • What you are being prescribed. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. If the page does not say clearly which one you are getting, that is the answer.
