The review record

What Found customers actually say

Both platforms, side by side, never averaged together. They measure different people, and where they disagree that gap is the most useful thing on this page.

What the complaints are about

Refund refusal dominates — about 22 of 40 — and it is repeatedly tied to a three-day cancellation window customers say was not made clear. Pricing opacity is second: a consult fee and a medication cost sitting on top of the membership. Then slow support, and charges without delivery. Found carries the highest one-star share in the set at 19%.

What customers praise

Clinicians described as compassionate and unhurried, health coaches, personalised plans, and a well-built app that rates 4.7 across 8,800 Apple ratings.

What we would flag

Found is the only provider here with a strong BBB letter rating and no pattern alert. It is also the one where our sample showed the most Trustpilot-invited five-star reviews — 16 of 25.

Sample: 40 one-star Trustpilot reviews plus the BBB customer-review file, read 2026-09-14. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.

Before you pay

Three things to check on Found’s own site

  • The ongoing price, not the first month. The advertised number is usually an introductory rate. Find what month two costs before you enter a card.
  • How cancellation actually works. Ask how many days’ notice is required and whether the membership and the medication cancel separately. That distinction is behind a large share of the complaints on this page.
  • What you are being prescribed. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. If the page does not say clearly which one you are getting, that is the answer.
