Everything we have verified about Enhance MD this week — what it charges, what its public review record says, and what its customers complain about. We are paid a commission by some providers we list. Enhance MD does not get to review this page.
Go to Enhance MDPrices are the month-to-month rate read off Enhance MD’s own pricing page on September 15, 2026, not a prepaid headline rate. Confirm before you pay — promotional pricing in this category moves without notice.

The review record
Both platforms, side by side, never averaged together. They measure different people, and where they disagree that gap is the most useful thing on this page.
Replies to only 20% of negative reviews — the weakest engagement in our set.
Too thin to mean anything. The file was opened in April 2025 and holds ONE complaint and ZERO customer reviews — an A+ here reflects an absence of history, not a service record.
The dominant complaint is medication stopping mid-subscription with no warning. Subscriptions auto-pause when a 90-day check-in or six-month labs lapse, and the company’s own replies confirm this is by design — patients report roughly two-week restart delays. One customer who had prepaid six months was cut off in month two and refunded $1,776. Then billing disputes and refused refunds, cold-chain failures including medication shipped between two ice packs in a paper bag, and a decline in service quality reported through 2026.
Easy signup, kind and responsive nurse practitioners, and text access to the care team. The one that stands out: mandatory bloodwork, which several reviewers read as a safety differentiator against providers that skip it. Worth weighing honestly — several three- and four-star reviewers say the price is simply too high and that they left for someone cheaper.
Check what the $99 offer actually covers. Their affiliate creative advertises tirzepatide from $99; no tirzepatide product is that price — $99 is their NAD+ wafer. Tirzepatide starts at $279. The other thing to note is the billing interval: every 28 days rather than monthly, which is thirteen charges a year, not twelve.
Sample: 11 one-star Trustpilot reviews read in full, June 2024 to September 2026. BBB publishes no complaint text.. Scores are read off the platforms directly, never from an affiliate aggregator — the figures those carry in this category are frequently wrong.
